This was stated by Professor Kathleen Martin Janice from the University of Ontario in Canada to the English newspapers "Daily Mail" and "Daily Telegraph".

The researchers also found that there are people of all ages who do not like their bodies. This also happens to five-year-olds.
The psychological benefits of exercise are slightly greater for women than for men.
