She does not fail to mention that diet is not the only effort she makes to look good - the beauty does exercises every day for a tight ass and legs. The exercises were four and took the star only 15 minutes.

The singer's restrictive regime lasts for three days, with Beyonce advising anyone who decides to practice it to rest during the diet and avoid stress. According to experts, if the regime is followed exactly, anyone who does it can lose 4 pounds.

The first rule is to drink two glasses of water on an empty stomach in the morning while you are still lying down, and then stay in bed for at least another ten minutes.

- First day - Breakfast includes a glass of milk, necessarily skim, seasoned with 1 tsp. natural cocoa and 1 tsp. honey. A quarter of an hour later you should eat an orange, maybe a grapefruit.

An obligatory condition is to drink 1.5 liters of mineral water by noon, by 12 o'clock. Lunch on the first day includes boiled lean fish - 200 g, for garnish prepare steamed vegetables, about 300 g. At 16 o'clock there is breakfast, which includes yogurt seasoned with 1 tsp. honey.

The next meal is shortly before dinner - squeeze a lemon and dilute it with 200 ml of water. For dinner, prepare a soup of 1.5 liters of water, ½ kg of carrots and tomatoes, 1 kg of leeks and a pinch of thyme for flavor. Before going to bed, eat yogurt with honey again.

- Second day - you can eat or drink up to 16 hours of juice of two grapefruits, 1.5 liters of mineral water, milk with cocoa and 3 bowls of vegetable soup, which you prepared the day before.

The afternoon breakfast at 4 pm should include yogurt seasoned with 1 tsp. honey, and after an hour - again a cocktail of one lemon and 200 ml of water. Your dinner on the second day of the regime can be a bowl of vegetable soup, and mainly boiled and lean fish (200 g). Before going to bed, eat yogurt and honey again.

- The third day begins with half a liter of water, which you should drink while you are still in bed. Then continue with milk with cocoa and grapefruit. By noon you should have drunk 1 liter of mineral water.

Lunch may include yogurt seasoned with 1 tsp. honey and 250 g of cottage cheese. If desired, you can add for dessert and a few dried apricots. At 15 o'clock eat 50 g of prunes, and an hour later - 100 g of dried apricots.

At 6 pm, squeeze a lemon in 200 ml of water. Dinner should be at 19:00 and include chicken breasts about 200 g and 300 g of steamed vegetables.
